You can eat the best sweets and icecream here. Their restaurant is also very good.

Food is good but prices are very high. So for 2 people you will spend close to 40$... For Ukraine it's a lot.

Perhaps the best confectionery cafe and one of the best restaurants (in the basement). Despite high prices the meals and desserts are mostly worth it. Also you may see people like ex-president's wife or the general prosecutor at the neighbor table, leaving aside the local notables. Pluses: delicious meals and desserts, interior decoration, notables. Minuses: high prices, often a slow service.
