  Sheets are not provided: I had to spend the night on the mattress! It's the same for the towels, the tap and the shower don't work so well. In addition lockroom and keys are not available: you must knock everytime for entering! This hostel is good just because of the position (so close to the Cathedral)

  Alcool forbidden in all the hostel, staff looking in bags to take alcool even the full bottle for souvenir. One toilet for more 30 people and almost no water in the showers, I guess worst hostel I'very ever been, 1 star because we didn'the slept on the floor.

  Lot if confusion...price was different than what I was told. I Left and found another room.

  Amazing staff and the warmth of your grandmother s house. Location is great, kitchen and the common room serve well. Enough number of toilets and showers, security is highly cared.
