::Had an issue regarding kitchen closing earlier than expected but owner's response is appreciated. Food and service is good!

::Love this place, it's perfect for a Sunday morning brunch, or a fancy coffee. Burgers are seriously good, try the Juicy Lucy. Service quality is sporadic, and more often then not repeatedly slow, on separate visits. Waiting 30mins+ for bill, change, further orders etc. isn't uncommon.

::Tasty. A bit noisy and narrow. But great for a tasty snack and chat :) Love their hamburgers a lot! Juicy Lucy is my favorite. Also Sugar has good lemonades, and delicious couscous breakfast dish. Come and enjoy, or order a delivery - we often do that for lunch ;)

::It's striking how difficult it sometimes is to get good service. Tsukor ("Sugar" in English) would have received four stars but for the fact that I had to argue with the waiter to get him to consent to putting the sauces on the side of my burger. By no means do I believe the customer is "always right", but if the customer doesn't like his burgers swimming in liquid, that seems like a reasonable request. I'd be tempted to believe it's merely the zeal of this particular waiter, to insist that the food be served exactly as the menu creator intended, without accounting for the varying tastes of the customers, but it's not the first time this has happened in this city. It seems the perfect presentation of the dish is more important here than whether the customer will actually enjoy it. You may wonder if this is all the result of miscommunication, as the restaurant is in Ukraine, and I'm reviewing in English; but that is not the case, as I also speak Ukrainian quite well.

::Good place for breakfast with polite waiters. Couscous with poached egg and with an extra portion of salmon was delicious. The smells of fried food from the kitchen were very strong, if you sit nearby, the ventilation should work better.
