::Visiting this hotel, prepare yourself for average prices for very low quality service and accommodations. Luxury room 402(7th floor) for 700UAH on July 2018. Had great views of Vinnyca, which didn't match the room's condition. Cafeteria was closed for us, because it was busy serving some sport team for a week. So we had to eat elsewhere. Biggest issue is warm watter. Nonsense, but it is only available at certain hours, am & pm. Good thing: it has a guarded parking.
