::We go to this dental clinic quite often. Pleasantly impressed with the quality of the services provided. Each time they were referred to different doctors, but the child remained satisfied after the appointment. And it makes me very happy as a mother. The polyclinic has a contract with the NHSHU and services in dental treatment (except orthodontist services) are free of charge. However, today they said to pay UAH 400 for the installation of a seal. This has not happened in two years. Various doctors applied fillings, but none of them demanded payment. When I asked the doctor where the cash register was to pay for this service, she replied that there was no cash register and the payment should be given to her. Having paid the money to the doctor, she had to wait until she found the rest. Are these your new innovations? Or how to react to this situation?

It was painful to saw a hole in the tooth, on the last trip they wanted to saw the tooth again, the child got scared and started crying, but the doctor said that she would not treat the child. The doctor is simply terrible!! Now it is clear why it is better to go to private ones! If you pay the money, you will know that after that the child will not bypass the dentist 10 times!

You have to go at 7 in the morning and stand in line to grab that precious coupon))) For those who have fallen for rude people, I want to say - first of all, Google and ask other mothers (and even women at the registry office) and choose a doctor, and then say something. How can you take a child to the dentist without collecting information about the doctor? Because of such situations, then fear for the rest of my life. A super doctor was recommended to us at the registry itself. The staff there are very friendly and caring! And Bondarets and Afinogenova, top! I have not met the best and I recommend it to everyone. These are doctors with a capital letter, to which children run with pleasure! And + is that there is a TV with cartoons in the corridor. It is especially pleasant in a state institution. Children get stuck in cartoons and forget to worry before a visit to the doctor.
