  hotel is on the second floor consisting 8-10 rooms. entrance of the building is not maintained by the hotel therefore do not expect a nicely furnished lobby or a lobby at all. and if you can forget about the building entrance, hotel itself is pretty decent. Rooms were clean and some of them has a nice view of deribasovskaya. Staff was very helpfull as well. But beware only one of them knew english at the time I was there. If you only look for a spot to sleep only this is one of the best options just next to opera house and begining of the deribasovskaya street
