  Unsafe, unsanitary, criminal operator. Nothing as represented. Switched location at last minute, to meet random person in back alley. Orbitz was informed, and didn't care. I've traveled to over 30 countries. Worst experience. Can't say enough bad about it.

  Horrible experience. You can tell these are old reviews. Do not book here. The photos of the apartments are fabricated and look nothing like the rooms. Extremely old and run down, floors lifting and skirting biards falling off. Ive stayed in hostels that were much better condidtion. There was no hot water, and there was no heating. The place was diirty and the toilet didnt flush. There were blinds misssing from all the windows, including the bedroom which is unacceptable. Kiev was 1 degree celsius that night and we froze. The man said it was 24hr service, yet wouldnt reply to several texts and emails. He commented how cold the place was and said he would bring us a heater and didnt. He then lied about that amd said there was one. We were forced to leave this and find other accommodation as this is unsuitable to live in. Olga apartments lies and are an untrustworthy business. Upon asking for a refund, we only got one night returned as that was the only money that had. How is that possible. Avoid this place at all costs. There is much better accomodation all around for much cheaper. This place was unsuitable for people to stay in. Disgusting.

  Квартиру посуточно в Киеве не так легко найти, так как сейчас на рынке недвижимости работает куча шарлатанов. В Киев я езжу в командировки довольно часто и последние 4 разы я обращался в эту компанию. Здесь мне быстро подбирали хорошую квартиру в хорошем районе. В общем я доволен этой компанией и могу её рекомендовать))
