  AVOID at all costs. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in Ukraine. First, items that were mentioned as available on their website were in fact not available. I didn't know that, so I paid in advance. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, someone from their customer service department offered me the same item but with visible structural damage from the store! After I expressing my dismay, they offered me another item, which was also damaged. This exchange took several days via e-mail because no one was picking up their phone support line. Finally, I requested to refund my initial payment as the items we wanted were not available at all. This refund took 17 (seventeen) days after I wrote to them numerous times via e-mail. A total disgrace which left a very bad taste. I thought Mothercare was a respected brand but not anymore.
