  After waiting for 2 pizzas 40 min, my pizza comes and they tell the other person who is with me that she has to wait 15 min more. So slow, and the dishes are so small. Disappointed

  Takes ages to prepare the food, as if they only have one small oven for the whole place. There is only one server for nearly 50 tables and poor guy cannot really cope with the job and all requests take ages to do. I think the management is terribly poor, even though the food may taste good. We have been waiting for a pizza for nearly an hour now so I cannot comment on the taste yet !

  The place is empty but they want 4$ a song for karaoke. Asked for a beer and ended up with half a liter at double the price. Obvious tourist tax. You get the lack of character of a chain place but the ethics of a carpet shop. Keep looking.

  I am from another country. Came to this place in order to eat. Literally in front of me staff decided not to serve me for the reason I'm foreign. I have never been such embarrassed in my life. Also I was 'recommended' to 'go eat hamburgers in mcdonald's'.

  Mafia is not bad, the Sushi is good, and the Mafia beer is tasty. Inside is very spacious and pleasant. The biggest problem with Mafia in Ukraine is that the service is diabolical, also the meals are very small so value is bad
