::I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast was just so-so and there was no heat in the restaurant. The room was terrible and they over charged me terribly. When I started complaining the plain clothed police officers that were in the lobby started moving towards me so I just shut my mouth and sat down and waited for my ride to show up.

::Pro: Cheap. Staff speak English. Great views. Well located. Cleaners respected ‘Do Not Disturb’. Cons: Noisy fridge in room, had to pull the plug. Missing room telephone. Outdated, Soviet-style bathroom. Cold. Balcony door not well insulated. Everything at breakfast was cold. TV had only a few Ukrainian channels. No international TV (e.g. BBC World News).
