::Terrible organisation, the "multi-languaged" staff speak Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. Entrance via a walkway to the back of the building, They had lost my booking, but they where to show me another apartment. So we walked to the second entrance. They could not get in so the staff motioned to me that I should stay at the curb. After 2hours they had not returned and NO ANSWER on any of the phone numbers
