  Huge thanks to Andrii (an extremely helpful guy at reception). My check in was late and I was very tired, Andrii kindly took care of me, properly explained me everything and was super professional. Therefore, I would say that the hotel service was on the highest level, however the great team represented by Andrii is doing this place special indeed. From now on, every my business visit to Kyiv will be connected to Ibis only. Thanks to Ibis and Andrii for making my stay so comfortable.

  Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The room was immaculate and super comfy, with a great view. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was top-notch. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back!

  I found IBIS best hotel in the town, specially they offered parcel Breakfast during the month of Ramadhan at 4 am in the morning. This good gesture allowed us to observe the blessing of Ramadhan normally. Highly grateful and big Thanks to all the team Specially Restaurant staff and reception boy who managing the breakfast parcel at 4 am early morning.
