  Not safe. My friend got her wallet stolen in the escalator 3 days ago. Be careful when there are a lot of other people around you.

  It's probably the most modern shopping mall in Kiev at the moment. It can get quite crowded in the evenings and at weekends, so be ready to wait for a while for an elevator if escalators don't suit you. My favourite part about this place is the Silpo supermarket with a food court and a cafe.

  I visited the Gulliver every day as it was next to the hotel I was staying in after my Airbnb turned out to be a dump. The Gulliver has nice shops but have very expensive items; more expensive than the UK in some cases. I found that the people around Gulliver spoke good English including the staff in the shops. There is a supermarket in the basement of the Gulliver where NONE of the staff speak English and have some very rude people on the tills serving customers. So any non russian speakers going to the supermarket in the basement be warned you will be met by some very rude staff who will ruin your day.

  Impressive offices. Excellent location in the city center, a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood... and of course great views - especially from the higher floors ;)

  Gullivar is one the Shopping mall with lots of top brand and eating points. I had a lovely coffee and shopped here for while. The only thing surprised me was the presence of so much security guys inside. Rest of the Mall is excellent with lots of International Brands for cloths. They have a very nice bowling area as well. Certainly with a good price and you I had a lot of fun there on 3rd floor. Overall a good experience and fun place to spend your time.
