  Very good place with barriers and playgrounds for dogs, but it's not very safe as most of dogs walk in there freely without muzzles (so it can be risky if You aren't local and Your dog is not familiar with all others or if some on will take there an aggressive dog without muzzle). However, there are two separated areas for big and small dogs.

  it's mountainous and curve, my friend almost broke her leg there. And there's no attractions in a small dog's section

  Чудове місце, де собачки можуть спокійно погуляти, тренуватися, не заважаючи іншим.

  Idea is good, but not every dog owner goes there.
