::Great view - when you're lucky and get a room towards the water. The rooms are really basic and the interior is old. Breakfast is ok and the hotel bar as well. Cheap rooms.

::Simple, USSR style. Linens and towels are clean as well as floor. Beds has orthopedic mattress on it. Badroom has hot water and it's warm inside the room. Some rooms has beautiful view to the Dnipro river. Good rate for the room.
