::Clean and cozy hotel in very good location

::The hotel is close to city center, Rynok square. If you are looking for economic and clean place to stay, this place is for you. There is no air conditioner in room. When you open the window, it can be little bit noisy because of the hotel in center. However, if you are tourist and you are not going to stay in room so long, it wont be a problem. Staff is so helpfull and kind. They keep your luggages how long do you want. Yoy can find support 24hours. Really good hotel for economic price.

::Very decent hotel , super friendly and helpful stuff, great localisation , few steps to market square, big room, clean and stlylish raw brick finished walls. Totally worth the price.

::Customer service does not exist in this place. Cleaning lady mistakenly threw away my partner's brace. It took 2 days for the staff to contact her. We simply wanted to get the brace back, but no one was willing to look for it. After 3 days of arguing twice a day, they refused to pay for the new brace, because cleaning ladies should not touch anything than bed and floor and they do not take any responsibility for the guests' personal stuff left in the room (!!!). Lack of basic understanding of legal requirements for hotels around the world. Legal action has already been taken against this hotel.
