  Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were flexible, easy to deal with and, to reiterate, very friendly (some of the nicest people I met in Ukraine). Recommend.

  We have had a nice service at Lviv airport. Took Fiat 500 for a week - fast paper work, professional employees. Definitely recommend everyone

  Брал страховку без франшизы. На возврате машины нашли под колпаком! погнутый диск - сказали что попал колесом в яму. Содрали 10$ за погнутый диск(который скорее всего таким и был) и это при полной страховке без личного участия! Так что проверяйте ваши диски и не стоит переплачивать за аренду без франшизы. Она не работает. Хоть что-то, но содрать. Не ожидал такого от уважаемой конторы((

  I was given a car with very old tires. One of them cracked. Thank goodness it didn't happen on a highway. Avis told me it was my fault and that I crashed the tire disk too. Now I am spending my fourth hour on a tire service with two small children. I hope Avis people are not gonna make me pay for the new tires and repairs. We will see. I just can't even think of what could happen to my family with this disastrous tires while driving 70 mph.
