  Always a good experience with their service for corporate customers, professional and helpful. There is also a surprisingly good cafe upstairs where you could have both tea/coffee and a proper meal.

  Needed to wait 15 min for the consultant. Salespeople talk on the phone while presenting the car to client (inside the car!), discussing renovation works at own flat and telling the client to hold on (for 5 minutes). If you respect yourself and your money - avoid this place at all costs. I had an awful impression of VW brand and their approach. Bought a car of a different producer.

  Spent there 5,5 hours instead of forecasted 2. At least mama Mia is around.
