  Great hotel! Big and cozy rooms, very good breakfast. Wonderful and cooperative staff . Very nice restaurant inside. Love to stay again.

  Simply a great experience. Very attractive place with a super friendly staff. Some of the best service I have ever had anywhere. Good Wi-Fi. Good breakfast. Excellent location and value. I will certainly stay there again on my next trip.

  Expensive, but nice, as long as no problems. I needed an internet café, and Max at the front desk unapologetically had me hunting for a place long ago closed. Night 2 of 2, I couldn’t get the remote for AC to work, and neither could the staff person, so a bad night’s sleep. Checking out, tired and aggravated, I forgot 2 shirts hanging together. No notification. A day later I called. Manager Nadia said they found one, and sent it. The much nicer shirt, my favorite, disappeared. Asking to talk with the owner, Nadia gave me the run around everyday for 3-4 days. Offering no response, it seems the owner/director, Ihor, was not aware or didn’t care. Later Max begrudgingly agreed to pay ½ the cost of the missing shirt. After another 2 weeks of chasing, Nadia sent a Money gram.

  Great hotel at a great location. This is not your regular 5 star hotel but this is the best this area has to offer.
