  Worst service ever. After staying 2 weeks in the hotel suddenly asked me to leave the hotel because it's fully booked without giving me any upgrade or alternative option. They just said sorry for that but we have a conference therefore you have to leave and come back tomorrow. I don't recommend it at all since hospitility is all about quality of service which is missing in this hotel. Even I wanted to give them less than a star but couldn't find this option because they don't deserve even 1 star.

  Stayed here for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent and very helpful. One of my colleagues wanted to change their room from a twin to a double and they were efficient in sorting this out and even had a smile on their face despite it being nearly midnight. The room was spotless, spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent in the morning. Even the luggage porter was very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

  Had a great stay. The service at the restaurant and bar was nice, reception was helpful. Whatever food I had was lovely, and the restaurant design was nice too. All the design in the hotel was nice, with dark grey the dominant colour. The bar layout is good. Rooms are almost as good as the things above mentioned, could be a little bit more modern. TV was rather old, not a modern flat screen as I would have expected from seeing other qualities of the hotel. I would hundred percent go back again amd would definitely recommend it. It's also close to the National Palace of Arts.
