  I start practice in Aikido near one year ago. I had annoying training for monka. It's a special pre Ku status, provided special for the people that haven't do any sport activity in past and they have some problem with using their body in same way like it need to be done during the action on training. I am be very happy to see any English speakers here so I can practice in English and do my favorite sport as Well. There are also some other groups on other time exists in this location, but I didn't have enought information for that. You can just write me directly cause there are no a lot native English speakers in Sidzen and they probably will be to busy.
